Our Good Neighbor Commitment
The work may be disruptive. The way we show up shouldn't be.
Every demolition project affects more than the space being removed. It affects the people living, working, building, and doing business around it. Rebold approaches every site with a simple commitment: treat the people around our work the way we would want to be treated.
Hard work. Thoughtful execution.
How we operate
We take down structures. We do not lower standards.
Demolition demands urgency, coordination, and heavy equipment. It also demands awareness. We pay attention to the site, the schedule, and the people around both. Whether we are working beside a home, inside an occupied property, or alongside other contractors, respect is part of the job.
Work at the right times
We plan around approved and appropriate working hours. When project conditions affect the schedule, we communicate what changed and what to expect.
Keep the site in order
We organize work areas, manage debris responsibly, and monitor site conditions throughout the project, from mobilization through final cleanup.
Minimize unnecessary disruption
Noise, dust, and equipment movement come with demolition. We use practical controls and careful sequencing to reduce avoidable impacts.
Respect the people around the project
Residents, employees, customers, property managers, contractors, and nearby businesses deserve courtesy, clear communication, and professional conduct.
Finish the right way
We complete the agreed scope, remove demolition debris, and leave the work area prepared for the property owner’s next phase.
Respect follows the work
Good neighbors are found wherever people share space.
Sometimes the people around our work live next door. Sometimes they operate the business next door, manage the property, share the job site, or need to keep serving customers while demolition is underway. Wherever we work, we pay attention to the people our work affects.

Working near you?
Got something you need gone?
If Rebold is working nearby and there is room in our dumpster, we may be able to help you dispose of an item or two. Send a request before bringing anything to the site. A member of our team will let you know whether we can accept it.
- Approval depends on available space and project conditions. We may decline any request.
- An approval covers only the items described in your request.
- Please do not ask the crew for an onsite exception. Every approval comes through a request.
- This is a courtesy while we are nearby, not a guaranteed disposal service.
What we cannot accept
- Hazardous materials or chemicals, including paint, solvents, and oil
- Liquids of any kind
- Pressurized containers, including propane tanks and aerosol cans
- Medical waste
- Anything restricted by disposal rules for that site

It takes about a minute. We will respond to the mobile number you provide.
Strong work leaves a good impression.
Anyone can see what gets removed. We want people to notice how the work was handled, too: with urgency, order, and respect from the first day to the last.
